This is Japanese rice cake. It's my lunch this day.

 I am riding my bicycle for 3 hours or 5 hours everyday.

 It was a very beautiful sky today.

 I got a new bicycle yesterday, so I was riding it from 11:00am to 4:00pm today.

  I ride for one hour and rest for 20 minutes. 

The wind was cool.
This shade was for me, wasn't it? Yes, I think so.^^

I am very tired today, because too much ride for me for first time.
